Prototype Prototypes Viewer
The Challenge
An internal challenge arose from the organizational difficulties in managing Axure RP prototypes (versions 7-8), particularly concerning version control and ongoing project organization. Providing a simple solution for executives, stakeholders, and development teams was essential, as standard Axure-generated URLs were not user-friendly. This highlighted a significant problem of information fragmentation and poor accessibility, impacting overall team collaboration and efficiency.
The Stewardship Model
As the architect of this internal wayfinding tool, I conceived and designed a universal landing point for all users to easily locate and identify current and historical prototypes and their associated information. I employed a data-driven approach, leveraging Axure RP's conditional logic and cloud-based storage to design a web-based, interactive storage solution for the vast array of prototypes (http://191ua1.axshare.com). This showcased profound resourcefulness in creatively adapting existing tools to solve an internal organizational challenge, fostering interconnectedness of design artifacts and information, serving as a vital blaze marker for internal efficiency.
The Impact
The solution delivered a centralized, interactive storage solution for numerous prototypes, significantly improving accessibility and organization. It empowered end-users to more effectively identify and utilize information contained within these prototypes. This internal tool enhanced the systemic efficiency of design reviews and collaboration, demonstrating how Nomadic Design principles could be applied even to internal processes to create a more resilient information system and fostering a culture of shared responsibility in managing design assets.

Solution
I use a data-driven approach and Axure RP itself to produce a Prototype Prototypes Viewer. Building off the knowledge of Axure RP conditional logic and leveraging the cloud-based storage, I designed a web-based solution to create an interactive storage solution for the vast array of prototypes.
